Orders will ship once a week on Mondays. Orders placed before 9 am PST on Sundays will be sent out Monday, and any orders received after that cutoff will be shipped the following week.

All packing materials are recyclable! Please recycle them.

Unfortunately it isn't free to ship things. Instead of rolling the cost into my product pricing and providing "free shipping", I am choosing to keep it separate.

If you are local to Bellingham, WA I will sometimes be able to provide porch drop off for a smaller fee than shipping. Please send an email to ask if this service is available and get the “discount code”.

If you receive a product you think is defective or not as described, please reach out via email.

If stitching in a felt product fails with normal and reasonable use, please also reach out. I can likely provide a quick and simple repair for free or minimal cost depending on the situation. I prioritize making high-quality, durable items and believe in keeping them alive as long as possible.

Expect to see an evolving and revolving assortment of materials and products from Lisa Lisa Made. Lisa's interests and passions ebb and flow. The only constant is that Lisa made it - at least for the time being.

Current offerings are in the realm of upcycled wool felt products made from industrial production remnants, paper cut art made into prints and cards, and 3D printing.

If you would like to commission a papercut, please inquire by via email. I will look at what you would like done and decide whether it is something I have the bandwidth for (fair warning - I probably won’t). If I do, I will provide a price range estimate and discuss details with you.

Custom felt products are tricky because remnants are random. Upcycling production waste means that there is no certainty in what shapes and colors will be received in the boxes of scraps. Inquiries are welcome via email, but guarantees cannot be made.

If you are interested in purchasing cards in bulk or for wholesale, please inquire via email. Turn around time will be slower as large quantities of cards are not kept in physical stock. Prices will be based on quantity and size. Bulk discounts are not available for felt products.
